Schedule
13:00: The tour guide will meet guests at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and assist with check-in for flight VJ1831 SGN–VTE 16:00–17:45 to Vientiane, Laos.
18:00: Arrive at Wattay International Airport. The coach will pick up the group and transfer everyone to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, then check in at the hotel and relax.
Guests are free to explore the Western-style entertainment district or the night market in Vientiane.
Price included
- Round-trip airfare with Vietjet Air, including 7 kg of carry-on baggage and 20 kg of checked baggage.
- Airport taxes, security fees, and fuel surcharges for both countries.
- Transportation throughout the tour as specified in the itinerary.
- Round-trip high-speed train tickets for the route Vientiane – Luang Prabang – Vang Vieng (Second Class).
- Accommodation at local 4- to 5-star hotels, based on 2 guests per room. Single male or female travelers will share a twin/triple room or pay the applicable single-room supplement.
- Night 1 – Vientiane: Laotel Vientiane 4* or equivalent.
- Night 2 – Luang Prabang: Treasure Hotel Laos, Angthong Hotel 4* or equivalent.
- Night 3 – Muang Fuang: Romantic Resort, Muang Fuang Riverside or equivalent. Accommodation in Muang Fuang is available only in Double Rooms (1 large bed). For triple occupancy: Twin/Double + mattress. Guests requesting a private room will pay a supplement of US$25/person/night in Muang Fuang.
- Night 4 – Vientiane: Muong Thanh 5* or equivalent.
- Meals as specified in the itinerary.
- Drinking water: 1 bottle of 500 ml per person per day.
- Vietnamese tour leader and Lao local guide throughout the journey.
- One-time entrance tickets to attractions included in the itinerary.
- Complimentary travel hat.
- Travel insurance throughout the tour with maximum coverage of US$10,000 per incident. For guests aged 65 and above, the compensation level is 50% of the standard coverage, according to the insurance policy.
- VAT included.
Price excluded
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
- Lao visa for foreign passport holders who are not visa-exempt. Guests should prepare 2 passport-sized photos (4×6 cm, white background) to apply for a visa upon arrival at Wattay International Airport, Laos. Reference fee: US$50/person.

Child policy
- Under 2 years old: Sharing a bed with parents. Two adults may accompany only one child. From the second child onward, the adult tour price applies to provide a separate bed.
- 2–10 years old: Sharing a bed with parents. Two adults may accompany only one child. From the second child onward, the adult tour price applies to provide a separate bed.
- 11 years old and above: Adult tour price applies.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Immediately after registering for the tour, guests are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total tour price. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Cancellation after registration: 50% of the total package tour price.
- Cancellation 20 days before departure: 90% of the total package tour price.
- Cancellation 0–19 days before departure: 100% of the total package tour price.
- Cancellation must be notified directly to the company or via fax, email, or message and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation by telephone is not accepted.
- As this is a group tour combining individual travelers, the company will arrange the group to reach a minimum of 25 adults, after which the tour will depart as scheduled. If the group has fewer than 25 guests, the company will notify guests at least 3 days before departure and arrange a new departure date. No additional compensation will be provided.
- In the event of itinerary or flight schedule changes caused by the airline, railway, or shipping company, the company shall not be responsible for any additional expenses arising from such changes, including meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, tour guide services, etc.
- When registering for the tour, guests are requested to carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions stated on the payment receipt. If another person registers on your behalf, please make sure to obtain and carefully review all tour information from that person.
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey. The company shall not be responsible for any loss of luggage or personal belongings.
- No refund will be provided for any tour service that guests choose not to use.
- For health and food safety reasons, guests are requested not to bring outside food into restaurants or hotels. Outside beverages may only be brought in with the permission of the restaurant or hotel and may be subject to additional charges.
- Guests traveling alone are required to pay the single-room supplement for private accommodation. If another guest of the same gender is traveling alone and wishes to share a room, the company will refund the single-room supplement.
- Pregnant guests must inform the company staff at the time of registration. A doctor’s approval is required before joining the tour, and guests agree to take full responsibility for their own health and the health of the unborn child throughout the journey.
- Guests requiring a VAT invoice must provide the billing information to the sales staff at the time of registration. Invoices cannot be issued after the tour has ended.
