11:30: The coach and tour guide from the company pick up the group at the meeting point at No. 67 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hanoi, and transfer the group to Noi Bai International Airport for flight FD871 (15:20 – 16:55).
Upon arrival, the Thai tour guide welcomes guests to the LAND OF SMILES and takes the group to enjoy a traditional Khan Toke dinner, a distinctive dining experience originating from the ancient Lanna Kingdom.
Guests are then free to explore Chiang Mai at night, famously known as the “birthplace of night markets,” where local handmade products are gathered. Visitors can also easily find a wide variety of delicious local street food.
The group checks in and stays overnight at a hotel in Chiang Mai.
Price included
- Round-trip direct airfare Hanoi – Chiang Mai – Hanoi with Thai AirAsia, including 20 kg checked baggage + 7 kg carry-on baggage.
- Accommodation at centrally located 3–4-star hotels, based on 2 guests per room. In case of an odd number of male or female guests, 3 guests may share a room.
- Meals according to the itinerary, including 3 breakfasts + 5 main meals + 1 airport meal coupon.
- Modern, air-conditioned transportation throughout the tour itinerary.
- One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day.

- Travel insurance with maximum coverage of USD 10,000 per person.

- Entrance fees to attractions not included in the itinerary.
- Re-entry visa for foreign passport holders: USD 40/person, plus a surcharge of USD 40/person for foreign nationals.
- Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, shopping and beverages.
- Tips for the driver and local tour guide: USD 5/person/day × 4 days = USD 20/person.
- Single room supplement, if requested: USD 100/room/tour.
- Any additional airline taxes or surcharges, if applicable.
Child policy
- Children under 2 years old: 15% of the adult tour price + applicable taxes and fees.
- Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, sharing a bed with their parents.
- Children aged 11 and above: charged at the adult rate
- Children under 14 years old traveling with their parents must bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy.
- Children under 14 years old traveling without their parents must provide a parental authorization letter permitting the child to travel with the authorized accompanying adult, clearly stating the authorized person’s information.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Passports must be valid, undamaged and free from tears, water damage, alterations, erasures or other defects, and must remain valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour.
- In circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as terrorism, natural disasters, or incidents causing changes to the schedules of public transportation such as aircraft or trains, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of guests and shall not be responsible for any resulting losses or damages.
- The itinerary or services may be changed depending on actual circumstances, while ensuring that all sightseeing attractions and equivalent or higher-quality services are maintained.
- Services are booked and paid for in advance. Therefore, if any guest separates from the group or does not use the arranged services, no refund will be provided.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00–14:00, and check-out is before 12:00.
- Guests are required to be present at the airport check-in counter at least 2 hours before departure for international flights.
- The sightseeing schedule generally does not include a long lunch break, and guests should expect considerable walking.
- The company shall not be responsible for any delays caused by guests themselves.
- If a guest is denied exit from Vietnam or entry into Thailand for personal reasons, the company shall not be responsible and no tour refund will be provided.
- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery are advised to obtain a new passport with a current photograph. If entry is denied because the passport photograph does not sufficiently match the guest’s current appearance, the travel company shall not be responsible.
- Guests are advised to check their tax status, including personal income tax and corporate income tax obligations, to avoid being temporarily prohibited from leaving the country due to outstanding tax liabilities.
- Children under 14 years old traveling with their parents must bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy.
- Children under 14 years old traveling without their parents must provide a parental authorization letter permitting the child to travel with the authorized accompanying adult, clearly stating the authorized person’s information.
