Schedule
04:00: Car and tour guide pick up the group at the meeting point to depart for Paksan – Bolikhamxay Province – Laos to begin the journey to explore the Land of a Million Elephants.
You will have lunch at Pho Chau restaurant, Nghe An. On the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the majestic Truong Son range along National Highway 8A, which is also the natural border between Vietnam and Laos.
16:30: The group arrives at Cau Treo border gate (Vietnam), Nampao border gate (Laos), to complete immigration procedures.
19:00: The group has dinner at the restaurant at Thang Beng junction.
20:45: The group arrives at Paksan hotel, check in at Paksan hotel. Free night at Paksan.

- Car transport according to the Vietnam-Laos program. (Particularly in the inner city of Luongprabang Ancient City, served by 16-seat car according to regulations for visiting the Ancient Capital)
- One-stop high-speed train from Vientiane to Luang Prabang
- The tour guide is enthusiastic, thoughtful, fluent in English, and provides narration throughout the tour
- Hotel sleeping standards are 3*, 2 people/room, odd pairs of men and women in groups of 3.
+ At Paksan 3*: SOUNATHA hotel or equivalent.
+ In Vientiane 3*: Golden Sun hotel or equivalent.
+ At Luang Prabang 3* (local standards): hotel Mittphap or equivalent.
+ At Xiengkhuang 3*: Sengsavanh hotel or equivalent. - Eat meals program. Standard: In Vietnam: 150,000 VND/person/meal – In Laos: 6$/person/meal;
- Sightseeing tickets, border gate fees, procedures and transit costs to travel to Laos and Thailand.
- Drinking water: 1 liter/day/person, cold towel
- Travel insurance (Maximum compensation is 200,000,000 VND/case)

- Personal expenses, passport fees, drinks, phone costs, laundry in the hotel
- Tax.
- Tip for driver and tour guide: 3 USD/person/day.
Child policy
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
Tour cancellation fees are based on the time the customer cancels the tour compared to the expected departure date, specifically:
- If you cancel the program after registration or deposit, 30% of the total tour value will be lost.
- Cancellation of the tour 10 – 15 days before departure will incur a penalty of 50% of the total contract value.
- Cancellation of tour 7 – 9 days before departure date will be subject to a penalty of 75% of the total contract value.
- Cancellation of tour 6 days before departure date will be fined 100% of contract value.
In case of late arrival and missed trip, you will not receive a refund for the tour.
