Schedule
In the evening, the group gathers at Tan Son Nhat Airport. The tour guide meets the group and assists with check-in procedures for the flight to Kunming. Upon arrival at Kunming Airport, the group completes immigration formalities.

A vehicle transfers the group to the hotel for check-in and rest.

• Round-trip group airfare (China Eastern Airlines); includes 7kg carry-on and 23kg checked baggage.
• Security fees, fuel surcharges, and airport taxes for both countries.
• Single-entry Chinese group visa for Vietnamese citizens (a deduction of 700,000 VND/person applies if the traveler already holds a Chinese visa; additional fees apply for individual visa processing if requested).
• Tourist vehicle and sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.
• 4-star local standard hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy).
• Meals as per the itinerary; 500ml bottled water per person per day.
• Tour leader and local tour guide services throughout the trip.

• Travel insurance.
• Complimentary oxygen canister.
• VAT included in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations.
Price excluded
• Passport, visa sticker, and Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals.
• Personal expenses, excess baggage fees, telephone charges, laundry services, and sightseeing activities outside the itinerary. Beverages (including alcohol during meals).
• Costs associated with changing travel dates, flight segments, or upgrading flight classes.
• For guests purchasing the “land tour” only whose flight times do not align with the group’s schedule: please make your own arrangements to join the group upon arrival and to travel to the airport for departure.
• Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals: 2,500,000 VND/guest.
• Prices are subject to change at the time of ticketing, depending on the registration date and visa issuance by the consulate.
• Expenses incurred in the event of flight cancellation.
• Single room surcharge (if applicable): 6,500,000 VND/guest/tour.
• Gratuities for the driver and local tour guide: 80 USD/guest/tour.
Child policy
Child tour prices are as listed in the price schedule.
Parents accompanying children must bring the child’s birth certificate.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
• Tour booking terms: Please pay a 50% deposit upon booking and settle the remaining balance 15 days prior to departure.
• Cancellation after booking: A penalty fee of 100% of the deposit applies.
• Cancellation 10 to 15 days prior to departure: A penalty fee of 80% of the total tour price applies (calculated based on working days).
• Cancellation within 10 days of departure: A penalty fee of 100% of the total tour price applies (calculated based on working days).
If you wish to cancel the tour after payment, please visit the company office in person with your passport or ID card (CMND/CCCD) and payment receipt to process the cancellation; the company does not accept cancellation requests via telephone.
