• Accommodation at 3–4-star hotels, based on 2 adults per room. Triple rooms may be arranged when necessary. Solo travelers may be required to pay a single-room supplement if they wish to stay alone.

• Passport application fees. The passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the tour completion date.

• Single-entry visa to Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese and foreign nationals. Visa fees may vary depending on the fees charged by the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
• Excess baggage, service charges, porter fees, telephone, laundry and other personal expenses not included in the itinerary.
• Tips for the local driver and tour guide: USD 4/person/day.
• Single-room supplement, if applicable: VND 3,990,000/person.

• If one adult travels with one child under 12 years old, the child must pay the tour price for a separate bed. Please bring the child’s birth certificate.

PAYMENT:

• A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required immediately after booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7–10 days before departure for regular tours, or 20–25 days before departure for holiday and festival periods.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation after purchasing the tour: 50% of the tour price will be charged (deposit forfeited).
• Cancellation within 7 days before departure: 70% of the tour price will be charged.
• Cancellation within 5 days before departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
• During public holidays and festivals: no refund, cancellation or changes are permitted.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Guests must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and must carry it throughout the journey.
• Guests are required to have proof of at least two COVID-19 vaccine doses.
• Children aged 5–17 traveling without their parents are required to have proof of at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose administered at least 14 days before departure, as well as a letter of authorization permitting them to travel with another accompanying adult.
• Overseas Vietnamese and foreign nationals must have a valid multiple-entry visa or visa exemption for re-entry into Vietnam.
• The order of attractions may be changed by the tour guide depending on weather and other objective circumstances, while ensuring that all scheduled attractions are included.
• Times stated in the itinerary are estimated and may vary slightly in practice. The tour guide will inform guests directly during the trip.
• The company is not responsible for missed attractions caused by unexpected closure of attractions, traffic congestion, or guests spending more time than scheduled at a particular location.
• This is a standard sightseeing tour. Guests are requested not to leave the group during the tour.
• Guests requiring a VAT invoice must provide the necessary billing information to the tour consultant when booking or before making the final payment. VAT invoices cannot be issued after the tour has ended.
• Guests are advised to carefully review the itinerary, tour price, included and excluded services, and cancellation conditions stated on the payment receipt.
• The company is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit for any personal or individual reason.
• The company cannot guarantee all scheduled attractions in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters such as epidemics, storms, floods, droughts or earthquakes; security incidents such as terrorism or demonstrations; or airline-related incidents such as technical problems, security issues, flight changes, cancellations or delays.
• In such circumstances, the company will consider refunding the cost of unused sightseeing services where possible, after deducting services already provided, such as visa fees if applicable. No additional compensation will be provided.
• If one adult travels with one child under 12 years old, the child must pay the tour price for a separate bed. Please bring the child’s birth certificate.
• Due to possible fuel price increases at the time of ticket issuance, the airline may impose additional surcharges without prior notice. The company will provide the airline’s official notice of any increase and request the corresponding additional payment from guests.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a doctor’s health certificate confirming that they are fit to travel internationally, together with a health declaration. They must also be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Guests over 70 are additionally required to pay a premium insurance surcharge, which varies by tour. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
• Pregnant women up to 30 weeks must provide a regular prenatal health record and confirm that they are medically fit to participate in the tour at the time of booking.
