19:00: Car and tour guide pick up the group at Thong Nhat Park, Tran Nhan Tong street – Hai Ba Trung District – Hanoi and take the group to Noi Bai airport. Tour guide guides the group through check-in procedures for flight VJ962 (23:15 – 05:55) to Korea // or flight VJ .. at 02:35

- Vietjet Air’s round-trip group flight ticket: Hanoi – Seoul – Hanoi includes 20kg checked baggage + 7kg carry-on baggage.
- Standard 3-4* hotel according to the program, 02 people / 1 room (Room of 3 people / 1 room in case of single men or more). Children sleep in the same room as their parents.

Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- You make a deposit for the tour as soon as you register for the tour. Pay full tour fee when visa results are received or 8 working days before departure date (whichever comes first).
- Due to the nature of a small group of passengers, the departure schedule may be changed to a later departure date if:
- a. 10 days before departure date, the group does not have enough guests of 15 adults or more.
- b. Estimated time of departure due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms, floods, war…
- In case you are not allowed to leave or enter the country for personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. Please pay the rest 14 days before departure.
Cancellation of tour after registration will incur a penalty of 50% of the deposit (+visa fee if any).
Cancellation of tour 30 days in advance will incur a penalty of 50% of the total tour price (+visa fee if any). (Calculated based on working days)
Cancel tour 20 days in advance, penalty fee is 75% of total tour price (+visa fee if any). (Calculated based on working days)
After the above time, the penalty fee is 100% of the total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated based on working days)
Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, phone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For guests who already have a visa, the company will keep the passport for 3 months (visa validity period) or stamp the visa cancellation.
