• First payment: A 60% deposit of the tour price is required upon registration.
• Second payment: The full remaining balance must be paid 14 days before departure.
• After making the deposit, cancellation by the guest will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation after registration: 100% of the deposit will be charged, plus visa fees if applicable.
• Cancellation more than 10 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price will be charged, plus visa fees if applicable (calculated based on working days).
• After the above period: 100% of the total tour price will be charged, plus visa fees if applicable (calculated based on working days).
• Cancellation periods are calculated based on working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Lunar New Year holidays. Cancellation must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the company, by fax, or by email and must receive confirmation from the company. Cancellation by telephone is not accepted.
• In the event of visa refusal, non-refundable costs include visa fees, airfare, and other services already incurred (if applicable).

TOUR REGISTRATION NOTES:

• Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the itinerary, terms and conditions, tour price, inclusions, and exclusions.
• Please bring your original passport, pay a 60% deposit upon registration, and complete the remaining payment at least two weeks before departure.
• Guests holding dual citizenship or a travel document must inform the tour consultant at the time of registration and submit the original document together with any relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
• As this is a group tour combining individual travelers, the company will arrange the tour to ensure a minimum group size of 15 adults. Once the minimum number is reached, the tour will depart as scheduled. If the group has fewer than 15 guests, the company will notify guests 3–7 days before departure and discuss a new departure date or refund the full amount already paid.
• Guests holding foreign or multiple nationalities are requested to inform the company before confirming the tour.
• For foreign guests (excluding overseas Vietnamese), an additional US$100/person surcharge will apply.
• Guests aged 70 or above must confirm that they are in suitable health to participate in the tour and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old who is in good health.
• Children under 18 years old must travel with their parents or have a letter of authorization from their parents.
• Pregnant guests are requested to inform the company in advance for further consultation. For safety reasons, guests who are six months pregnant or more will not be accepted.
• Guests requesting a single room must pay the applicable single-room supplement. Two adults may share a room with one child.
• Child and infant tour prices do not include a separate bed. If a child or infant requires a separate bed, the adult tour price will apply.
• As flights are operated by airlines, flight schedules may occasionally change without prior notice. The order of sightseeing attractions and the itinerary may be adjusted depending on actual conditions while ensuring that all originally scheduled attractions are included. The hotel name will be officially confirmed at the group briefing, 2–3 days before departure.
• If a guest is refused entry by the destination country, the company shall not be held responsible.
• As this is a special type of travel visa, upon arrival at the airport, the tour leader will collect guests’ passports and retain them throughout the tour for submission to the tourism authorities when required.
• Guests who have previously been refused a sticker visa or group visa are requested to inform the travel company.
• The company reserves the right to use photographs taken during the tour for its tourism advertising and promotional activities across various media platforms. If you have any concerns regarding this matter, please inform the company before departure.
• NOTE: The company shall be exempt from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances during the tour, including weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, wars, or delays/cancellations of flights, trains, boats, or electric vehicles due to weather or technical issues, which prevent the tour from continuing. In such cases, the company will refund the remaining tour amount after deducting the costs of services already provided, such as visa fees, airfare, accommodation, meals, and other services. The company will not be responsible for any additional compensation or expenses.
