• Suggested Phuket hotels include The Pearl, Baumanburi, Andakira, and similar properties.
• Meals as specified in the itinerary.
• One-time entrance fees to the attractions included in the itinerary.
• Vietnamese-speaking tour guide and tour leader accompanying the group from Vietnam throughout the journey.
• Daily drinking water: 1 bottle on the vehicle and 1 bottle at the hotel.
• Travel insurance with maximum coverage of US$10,000 per incident.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required immediately after booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7–10 days before departure for regular departures and 20–25 days before departure for public holiday/Tet departures.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation immediately after booking: 50% of the tour price, equivalent to the deposit.
• Cancellation more than 15 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee, calculated based on working days.
• Cancellation after this period: 100% cancellation fee, calculated based on working days.
• Public holiday/Tet periods: non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Guests must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date.
• Children under 18 traveling with their parents must bring their birth certificate, either the original, a notarized copy, or a valid certified copy issued by a competent government authority.
• Children under 18 traveling without their parents must have an Authorization Letter or Consent Form permitting them to travel with a relative, certified by the local police authority or a private notary office.
• Overseas Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese citizens must have a valid Vietnam re-entry visa and carry it throughout the tour.
• The order of sightseeing attractions may be changed depending on weather and other objective circumstances while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included.
• The company is not responsible for missed attractions if attractions are unexpectedly closed, due to traffic congestion, or if guests spend longer than the scheduled time at an attraction.
• Times stated in the itinerary are estimates. Actual timings may vary, and the tour guide will inform guests during the tour.
• This is a standard sightseeing tour. Guests are requested not to leave the group during the tour.
• Guests requiring a VAT invoice must provide the necessary invoicing information when booking or before making the final payment. VAT invoices cannot be requested after the tour has ended.
• Guests are advised to carefully read the itinerary and share the tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions with all members of their booking group before making payment.
• The company is not responsible if guests are denied entry to or exit from a country for any personal or individual reason.

The company does not guarantee that all scheduled attractions will be available in cases of:

• Natural disasters: epidemics, storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
• Security incidents: terrorism, demonstrations, etc.
• Airline-related incidents: technical problems, security issues, flight changes, cancellations, or delays.

In such circumstances, the company may consider refunding the cost of attractions or services that could not be provided, where possible, after deducting costs for services already delivered, such as visa processing fees if applicable. The company will not be responsible for any additional compensation or other expenses.

• If one adult travels with one child under 11, the child must pay the adult tour price in order to occupy a private room. Guests should bring the child’s birth certificate. If the child is not traveling with their parents, an authorization/consent form permitting the child to travel with a relative and certified by the relevant local authority must be provided.
• Due to possible increases in fuel costs at the time of ticket issuance, the company may present an official airline notice of any applicable surcharge and request a corresponding adjustment to the tour price.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a doctor’s certificate confirming fitness for international travel and sign a health declaration. They must also travel with a healthy relative under 60. Guests over 70 are additionally required to pay a premium travel insurance surcharge, which varies by tour. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.
• Pregnant women of no more than 30 weeks must provide their regular prenatal health records and confirmation of fitness to travel when booking the tour.
