12:00: Our vehicle and tour guide will pick up the group at the designated meeting point in Hanoi and transfer you to Noi Bai International Airport for flight FD871 (15:20–16:55).
Upon arrival, our local Thai guide will welcome you to the Land of Smiles and take the group to dinner featuring Khan Toke, a traditional dining experience inspired by the ancient Lanna Kingdom.
In the evening, enjoy free time to explore Chiang Mai at night and visit the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, known as one of the city’s most popular open-air shopping areas, where you can find a wide variety of handmade products made by local artisans. The market is also an excellent place to sample delicious Thai street food.
Check in at the hotel in Chiang Mai and spend the night.

- Round-trip direct flights Hanoi – Chiang Mai – Hanoi with Thai AirAsia, including 20 kg checked baggage and 7 kg carry-on baggage.
- Accommodation at centrally located 3–4-star hotels: 2 guests per room. Single-gender odd-numbered groups will share a triple room where applicable.
- Meals as stated in the itinerary: 4 breakfasts + 8 main meals.
- Transportation by modern air-conditioned vehicles according to the tour itinerary.
- One 500 ml bottle of drinking water per person per day.

- Yi Peng Sky Lantern Festival admission ticket (reference price: Standard category approximately THB 4,900/person).
- Re-entry visa for foreign passport holders: USD 40/person, plus a USD 40/person surcharge for foreign nationals.
- Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, shopping and beverages.
- Tips for the driver and local tour guide: USD 5/person/day × 5 days = USD 25/person.
- Single supplement, if a single room is requested: USD 160/room/4 nights.
- Any additional airport or airline taxes and fees, if applicable.
Child policy
- Children under 2 years old: 15% of the adult tour price + applicable taxes and fees.
- Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, sharing a room with parents.
- Children aged 11 and above: Adult tour price.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and must be in good condition, without tears, water damage, alterations, erasures or other damage.
- In the event of force majeure, such as terrorism, natural disasters or unexpected changes affecting public transportation such as flights or trains, the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time for the safety and convenience of guests. The company will not be responsible for any resulting losses or damages.
- This is a group leisure tour. Guests are not permitted to leave the group without prior authorization during the tour.
- Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery are advised to obtain a new passport with a current photograph. If entry is denied because the passport photograph does not sufficiently match the passenger’s current appearance, the travel company will not be responsible.
- Guests are advised to check their tax payment status, including personal income tax and corporate income tax where applicable, to avoid being subject to an exit suspension due to outstanding tax obligations.
- Children under 14 traveling with their parents must bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy.
- Children under 14 traveling without their parents must provide a written authorization allowing them to travel with the designated accompanying adult, including full details of the authorized person.
- The above price applies to joining groups. Guests who wish to arrange a private group should contact the company for a separate quotation.
