Schedule
Arrive in Hanoi and begin the scenic journey to Ha Giang, passing through the picturesque landscapes of Northern Vietnam with tea hills, palm forests, and terraced rice fields. Enjoy the peaceful countryside before reaching Ha Giang City, the gateway to the legendary Ha Giang Loop. In the evening, relax and explore the city at your leisure before the adventure continues.

- TRANSPORTATION: Sightseeing vehicle (16–45 seats, depending on group size) for transfers and itinerary services.
- FLIGHTS: Round-trip SGN – HAN – SGNVietjet Air (7kg carry-on + 20kg checked baggage per leg)
- ACCOMMODATION: Standard double/twin occupancy (triple room provided for odd-numbered groups)

- TOUR GUIDE: Airport send-off assistance at Tan Son Nhat; Vietnamese-speaking tour guide providing commentary and services throughout the tour.
- INSURANCE: Maximum coverage of 50,000,000 VND per incident.
- SIGHTSEEING: Includes entrance fees for attractions listed in the itinerary.

- VAT: Included as per current regulations.

- Personal expenses not included in the itinerary (e.g., laundry, telephone calls, minibar)

Note For foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese : Original passport or Green Card accompanied by an entry visa (whether affixed to the passport, on a separate sheet, or in a visa exemption booklet; these documents must bear a Vietnamese entry stamp and remain valid in accordance with regulations for the duration of the tour).
Child policy
- Under 5 years old: Free of charge (families cover any additional tour expenses). Two adults may be accompanied by only one child; a second child is charged at the rate for children aged 5 and older.
- Aged 5 to under 10: Shares a bed with the family. Two adults may be accompanied by only one child; a second child is charged the adult rate.
- Aged 10 and older: Adult tour price applies.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Cancellation after booking: 20% cancellation fee of tour price
- Cancellation 15 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour price
- Cancellation 5-15 days before departure date: cancellation fee 70% of tour price
- Cancellation 3-5 days before departure: cancellation fee 90% of tour price
- Cancellation within 3 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee (Time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday. In case you cannot go to the tour, please notify the company and confirm in writing)
