Schedule
Evening: Meet at the designated meeting point. Our vehicle and tour guide will welcome the group at the scheduled time. After a brief welcome and distribution of essential travel gifts, the group departs for Song Cau.
Overnight on the bus.
Price included
- Transportation: Sleeper bus. For groups of fewer than 20 passengers, a seated coach will be provided.
- Accommodation: Standard rooms for 2–4 guests per room.
- Meals: Meals at clean and reputable local restaurants.
- Tour Guide: Vietnamese-speaking tour guide providing commentary and assistance throughout the tour.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance with coverage of up to VND 50,000,000 per case, as regulated.
- Entrance Fees: Entrance tickets to all attractions included in the itinerary.
- Travel Amenities: Travel hat, wet wipes and bottled drinking water.
- VAT: Included as required by regulations.
Price excluded
- One dinner in Nha Trang – at your own expense.
- Tips for the tour guide and local driver.
- Personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary, such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar and other additional services.
Child policy
- Children aged 10 and above: Charged as adults.
- Children aged 5 to under 10: Receive 50% of the standard meal portion, have their own seat on the vehicle, and share a room/bed with their parents.
- Children aged 2 to under 5: Tour price includes only airfare, travel insurance and drinking water. Parents are responsible for meals, entrance fees and any other additional expenses for the child.
- Children under 2: Tour price includes an airline seat/infant travel arrangement as regulated by the airline, travel insurance and drinking water.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- More than 20 days before departure: The tour deposit is non-refundable.
- 15–20 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price applies.
- 10–15 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 70% of the total tour price applies.
- Within 10 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour price applies.
