Enjoy a one-of-a-kind bicycling tour in the Mekong valley, pedaling on back roads to learn about local life and culture. Your driver and guide will greet you at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. and bring you to the Mekong Delta in the support van. Arrive in Ben Tre at midday and have lunch at a riverfront restaurant while your staff prepares the bike trip. In the afternoon, ride your bike for two hours through the gorgeous countryside to the Cai Mon District, where you will spend the night at a local farmer’s house. Cai Mon is a tiny town known for its abundant nursery plants and fruit orchards. Meet the family and share a welcome tea as you arrive at your homestay. Join the family in the late afternoon to help prepare supper and learn how to cook wonderful, regional food. In the evening, enjoy a delectable welcome feast with the family.
