Holders of Vietnamese passports are responsible for ensuring their passports remain valid for at least six months beyond the date of re-entry into Vietnam. Holders of foreign passports should consult the tour organizer regarding specific requirements.
Customers who have undergone plastic surgery are advised to obtain a new passport reflecting their current appearance. The travel company accepts no liability if entry is denied due to a discrepancy between the passport photo and the traveler’s actual appearance.
When registering for the tour, please carefully review the itinerary, price, inclusions and exclusions, tour conditions, and cancellation/postponement policies outlined in the registration form. If you are not registering in person, please ensure you are fully informed about the tour details by the person handling the registration on your behalf.
Upon registration, please present the original or a photocopy of the following documents: a standard passport valid for at least six months beyond the tour’s end date (passports are mandatory for children as well).
As this is a group tour, the departure date may be rescheduled if:
The group fails to reach the minimum requirement of 15 participants at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure.
The scheduled departure is affected by force majeure events such as natural disasters, storms, floods, war, or epidemics.
The customer’s name provided during registration or on the group list must exactly match the name in their passport. Airlines will refuse carriage if names do not comply with regulations; the travel company accepts no liability for issues arising from incorrect name details or failure to meet the aforementioned requirements.
Travelers aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health declaration/commitment with the company. Travelers aged 75 and older are required to provide a doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness for international travel, as well as a signed health declaration form for the company. They must be accompanied by a relative under the age of 60 who is in good health.
Travelers under the age of 18 who are accompanied by a relative other than their parents must provide a notarized letter of authorization (two copies): one for submission to the embassy and one to be presented to the tour guide for customs clearance.
Overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu) or foreign nationals holding a separate visa must carry the original visa document during the tour.
Pregnant travelers are requested to notify sales staff at the time of booking to receive further information. For safety reasons, we cannot accept travelers who are five months pregnant or further along in their pregnancy.
As flight schedules are determined by the airlines, flight times may change without prior notice in certain instances. Depending on actual conditions, the sequence of sightseeing stops may be adjusted, though all originally planned attractions will still be included. The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary in the event of force majeure (e.g., traffic congestion, natural disasters, incidents, conflicts) that could compromise traveler safety.
Any changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader; individual requests for changes cannot be accommodated. If changes impact the itinerary or services (such as skipping attractions or services), the traveler must accept the resulting consequences. Any changes must be feasible and based on actual circumstances.
Services are pre-booked and pre-paid; therefore, no refunds will be issued if tour members leave the group or choose not to utilize specific services.
Travelers are expected to adhere to the group’s scheduled departure and return times. We organize sightseeing tours exclusively; therefore, guests are not permitted to separate from the group on their own initiative during the itinerary. Guests may not bring family members or acquaintances onto the tour vehicle without prior service arrangements with us; we reserve the right to refuse service in such instances.
Sightseeing itineraries typically do not include a scheduled lunch break and often involve a significant amount of walking.
The timing of flower blooms and foliage color changes is highly dependent on weather conditions and may occur earlier or later than expected. This is considered a force majeure event; we ask for your understanding and patience.
Tipping is an international travel custom and is mandatory; please pay the tour guide during the tour (this applies to children aged 2 and older).
Hotels may be located outside the city center during peak Japanese travel seasons (e.g., Cherry Blossom season, Golden Week, April 30th/May 1st holidays, Tet/Lunar New Year, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.
