DAY 1: HANOI - MOC CHAU - TA XUA (L, D)

Morning:

6:00 A.M A car and tour guide will pick you up at the meeting site and drive you to Ta Xua to go cloud hunting. The entire group stops for breakfast at a restaurant along the road (Personal expenses). On the way, we stop at Thung Khe Pass to photograph the mountains and forests as the first rays of dawn appeared. From here, you can see the entire valley at the foot of the pass, listen to the babbling stream, hear birds chirping someplace, and see the vibrant green grass. Don’t forget to stretch out. Price excluded

  • Drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.) are served at meals and throughout the program.
  • Personal expenditures (telephone, washing, shopping, and meals outside of the program)
  • Value added tax (VAT) 8%.
  • Gratuity (tip) for the driver and tour guide.

Child policy

  • Children age 1-4 are free (parents pay all expenditures for the kid and do not take up space in the car). 02 adults can only accompany 01 child for free; the second child is charged 75% of the tour ticket (standard as children are charged).
  • Children age 5 to 9 are charged 75% of the tour ticket (separate meals and seats in the car, but must sleep in the same bed with parents).
  • Children over the age of 10 qualify as adults.
  • If you stay in a single room, please add 900,000 VND/room.

Cancellation/ Booking Policy

  • Cancellation after booking: 20% cancellation fee of tour price
    Cancellation 15 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour price
    Cancellation 5-15 days before departure date: 70% cancellation fee of tour price
    Cancellation 3-5 days before departure date: 90% cancellation fee of tour price
    Cancellation within 3 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee
    (Time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday. In case you cannot take part in the tour, please notify the company and confirm in writing)
