DAY 1 : HANOI CITY TOUR ( - / L / - )

08h00-08h20: We will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House. In the morning, we will visit:

  • • Tran Quoc Pagoda located on an east side isle of the West Lake (Tay Ho district), It is considered
    as the most ancient pagoda in Thang Long – Ha Noi with its historical progression in 1500 years. It has a harmonious combination between the majesty, hoariness architecture and peaceful landscape of the West Lake. From the period in the Ly and Tran dynasties, it had become the Buddhist center of Thang Long.
  • • Visit the complex of president Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (Mausoleum and Stilt house) – Where the great leader lived and worked until the last years of his life. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about Uncle Ho's simple life. In addition, you will stop by One Pillar Pagoda to admire one of the 4 symbols of Hanoi.
    Note: with departure days on Monday and Friday, Mausoleum Management Board will carry out
    maintenance of the mausoleum, you will visit only outside of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, stilt house and One Pillar Pagoda.
  • • The Imperial Academy – the first university in Vietnam. Literature lake, Khue Van Pavilion, stele house… are valuable highlight objects that you cannot ignore. The tour guide will tell you about of 82 doctor stele stones with names of 1306 people standing until nowadays

Noon: Return to the Old Quarter to have lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, you will see 36 streets from the car and listen to the guide tell stories about the streets of the ancient urban marketplace.

Afternoon: We will visit:

  • •  Vietnam Museum of Ethnology: This is the most recent yet probably the largest and undoubtedly the most interesting Museums in Hanoi and Vietnam. There are both indoors and outdoors sections, while the in – housed exhibition is particularly informative, the outdoors display and activities make the museum stand out from the rest. There are a number of houses modeling after the traditional architecture of ethnic minorities, especially those who live in Northern and Central highlands. On Monday, the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is closed, instead of the Vietnamese Women Museum.
  • •  Hoan Kiem lake (Sword lake) – center of Hanoi with Turtle tower, Ngoc Son Temple, furthermore, you could discover the Vietnamesetraditional and French colonial architecture through buildings surrounding the lake.

16h00: End of Hanoi City tour, the car will take you back to the hotel in the Old Quarter or you can rent a cyclo around the Old Quarter and Sword Lake at your own expense. water puppet show… (performance schedule may change depending on the specific period). Or the bus takes you to the hotel to check in and rest. Have dinner at your own expense to explore Hanoi Old Quarter cuisine.

In the evening, you are free to walk and explore the Old Quarter at night. Overnight in Hanoi

DAY 3 : HANOI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE ( B / L / D )
DAY 4 : SAPA - FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN - HANOI ( B / L / - )

Price included

  • Means of transportation:
    o Shuttle bus with A/C transferring
    o Cabin sleeping bus transferring route: Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi (with surcharge for solo travelers)
  • 03 nights at an accommodation hotel, 02 persons in a room. In case there are an odd number of tourists, there will be a room having 3 persons if accepted. If not, an additional fee of 50% price of a hotel room will be charged
  • 05 main meals according to the program’s standards. Breakfasts according to hotel standards
  • Sightseeing boat for visiting Ha Long Bay with 3-star standard according to route 2
  • Local English speaking guides (enthusiastic, experienced) serve in each phase of route
  • Entrance fees according to program (single time; not include cable car return ticket)
  • A bottle of water a day served on the bus

  • Dinners in Hanoi for the purpose of letting you freely explore Hanoi's cuisine at night

  • Tram car ticket in Bai Dinh pagoda in Ninh Binh: 60.000 VND/pax/2 time

  • Tip for driver and tour guide: COMPULSORY, at least 3$/passenger/day

Child policy

  • Children aged 1-4 years old receive free service; only the car seat fee will be charged. (According to the new regulations on the maximum number of people per type of vehicle under the Road Traffic Law.). Specifically for tours in Ha Long Bay: Since children are also counted towards the weight limit on the tour boat, children who are eligible for free entry will be charged an additional fee as follows: 200,000 VND/child for the Otis-Premium boat.
    Note: Parents are responsible for any other incidental expenses. Two adults are only allowed to be accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years); from the second child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged. If one adult is accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years), that child must also pay 75% of the adult's tour price (with the same standards as a 75% adult child).
  • 5 to 9 year-old children will be charged 75% of the tour fee (they will have their own seats in our car and their own meals, but they have to share the hotel room with their parents)
  •  From 10-year-old children are considered as adults

Important note: With any age, if the child is taller than 120cm must be charged 100% price as an adult for the tickets of sightseeing boat in HaLong or cable car in Sapa

Notice

  • You have to bring your Passport
  • You should bring any type of medicine for preventing insects and common diseases
  • Tour guide can rearrange the schedule, but all places stay the same
  • If you are a vegetarian, you can bring your own food to suit your taste (if necessary)
  • If you register for the tour from April to November every year, you should bring light and airy
    clothes.

Cancellation/ Booking Policy

  • Change of departure date at least 03 days before the departure date: No penalty.

       The departure date can only be changed once. Any subsequent change will incur a 30% change fee.

  • Cancellation at least 05 days before the departure date: 30% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 03–04 days before the departure date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 02 days before the departure date: 80% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 01 day before the departure date or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee.
