10+ photos show the beauty of Sapa in snow season
The strong cold air generally causes the temperature in Sapa, particularly the Northwest area in general, to drop drastically from late December to mid-January, bringing frost and snow.
Visitors to Sapa during this season are always charmed by this unusual natural occurrence. Sapa appears to have donned a weird new garment. The fascinating white hue of snow covers every road, mountain, valley, and notably terraced rice field. Sapa becomes even more beautiful when the sun’s rays fall on that white carpet. All of this makes visitors feel as though they are traveling through a magnificent Western region.
