Schedule
Evening: Guests arrive at the designated meeting point. The bus and tour guide will pick up the group at the scheduled time. Welcome to all members and receive essential travel gifts for the journey. Overnight on the bus.

- TRANSPORTATION: Modern air-conditioned 16–45-seat tourist bus, with reclining seats, suitable for the group size and available throughout the tour.
- HIGH-SPEED FERRY: Round-trip ferry between Tran De Port and Ben Dam Port.
- ACCOMMODATION: 2–4 guests per room.
- MEALS: Clean and hygienic local restaurants.
- TOUR GUIDE: Vietnamese-speaking tour guide providing commentary and assistance throughout the trip.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance according to regulations, coverage of VND 50,000,000 per case.
- ENTRANCE FEES: Entrance fees to attractions included in the itinerary.
- SERVICES: Travel hat, wet towels and bottled water.
- VAT: According to regulations.

- TIPS: Tips for the tour guide and local driver.
- PERSONAL EXPENSES: Expenses outside the itinerary, such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar, etc.
Child policy
- Under 5 years old: Free of charge (any additional expenses during the tour are paid by the family). Two adults may accompany one child only; the second child is charged 70% of the adult tour price.
- From 5 to under 10 years old: 70% of the adult tour price, sharing a room with the family. Two adults may accompany one child only; the second child is charged the adult tour price.
- 10 years old and above: Charged at the adult tour price.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Cancellation after registration: 30% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 20 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 10–19 days before departure: 75% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 0–10 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
