• Fansipan cable car round trip ticket. You can register before buying the tour or can pay the cable car ticket directly to the tour guide in Sapa according to the actual retail price without any additional costs. In case customers or partners buy tickets themselves, the tour price will be charged an additional 50,000 VND/person or customers will visit Fansipan on their own.

• Children aged 1-4 years old receive free service; only the car seat fee will be charged. (According to the new regulations on the maximum number of people per type of vehicle under the Road Traffic Law.).
  Note: Parents are responsible for any other incidental expenses. Two adults are only allowed to be accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years); from the second child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged. If one adult is accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years), that child must also pay 75% of the adult's tour price (with the same standards as a 75% adult child).
• Children aged 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (including meals, entrance tickets for
  children if included in the tour for adults, and a separate seat on the bus, but must share a bed with their parents for tours of 2 days or more that include hotel accommodation)..
• Children aged 10 and above are charged the adult price. The same standards as adults apply..
• In cases where the tour includes entrance fees to attractions, but children are required to purchase adult tickets due to exceeding the height limit, parents will have to pay the difference directly to the tour guide.

• Tour guide can rearrange the schedule, but all places stay the same
• Any service in the tour that you do not use, not due to the subjective fault of the tour organizer, will not be refunded.
• If you are a vegetarian, you can bring your own food to suit your taste (if necessary)

• Changes to the departure date must be requested at least 03 days before the scheduled departure date. The first departure date change is free of charge. The second, third, and subsequent changes will incur a 30% fee for each change. Any departure date change must keep the same booking information as the original booking.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before the departure date: 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation at least 03 days before the departure date: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 1–2 days before the departure date: 100% cancellation fee.
