Cancellation/ Booking Policy
♦ Before the departure date, if a member of the customer’s group cannot attend the trip for any reason, the customer must immediately notify the company and bear the cancellation cost as follows:
– Cancellation 7 days in advance: 30% of the total value of the tour
– Cancellation from 3 to 6 days: 50% of the total value of the tour program.
– Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the total value of the tour program.
♦ The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the company in writing, e-mail or zalo and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
♦ No refund for customers who cancel the tour program midway
