Lien Khuong Airport- Da Lat

Lien Khuong Airport is an important air traffic hub bringing domestic and foreign tourists to Da Lat city, one of the attractive outdoor travel centers of Vietnam.

Da Lat city is the tourist and resort center of the whole country. Furthermore, it is not only a regional training and scientific research center but also the center for physical training and sports, seminars, and Vegetable and Chinese centers of the country. The socio-economic development of Da Lat – Lam Dong plays an important role in promoting the socio-economic development of the whole South Central Highlands region in general. Lien Khuong Airport therefore plays a key role in the region.

Lien Khuong Airport Da Lat

Lien Khuong Airport Dalat has an area of 337.1ha, located in Duc Trong district – Lam Dong province. This is a region with high population density and key economic trade in Lam Dong Province. It is 30km south of Da Lat city center by Highway 20, 90km from Bao Loc city and 270km from Ho Chi Minh city by Highway 20, 160km from Buon Ma Thuoc city and 160km from Buon Ma Nha Trang city 200km along Highway 27.

Lien Khuong Airport Da Lat has been invested more than 280 billion VND to build a new terminal of international standards. Its new terminal has two floors. Total construction floor area is 12,400 m² designed in the image of anemone flower- a typical flower of Lam Dong plateau. Currently the airport has a 3,250 m long runway. Therefore, it is possible to receive short-range aircraft such as Fokker, ATR72, Airbus A320, Airbus A321. Currently, SAA is building an air traffic control station equipped with the standard belt of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
