Thuy Bieu hamlet is an old hamlet located on the Perfume River’s upstream bank. Today is an opportunity to relax with locals as you have lunch at a villager’s home, a fantastic approach to properly experience Hue in detail.
After breakfast, meet your guide and driver at your hotel and board a typical beautiful boat floating down the Perfume River. When you arrive in Thuy Bieu village, spend 2 hours strolling or biking through the peaceful Thuy Bieu Eco-village.
Visit a local garden, an old ancestral temple, and interact with the locals.

Visit some handicraft families (the incense manufacturing family, the joss paper making family, and the paper painting family) to learn about local people’s everyday lives while they work hard with joy and excitement.
At the end of your journey, you will have plenty of time to unwind by immersing your feet in medicinal herb water – a traditional therapeutic technique – and receiving a wonderful massage from blind people. Transfer back to your Hue hotel and unwind.

This morning, board a traditional boat traveling down the Perfume River and visit Thien Mu Pagoda, a famous temple in the city and a symbol of Hue, located beside the Perfume River and a fantastic spot to rest and refresh. Later, proceed to Emperor Khai Dinh’s mausoleum to marvel at the extraordinary mixture of architecture that combines a traditional Chinese past with a modern Western future. Then, pay a visit to Thuy Xuan incense village, one of the few villages keeping the ancient vocation and the Old Capital’s charming charm.

Your final visit will be to Dong Ba Market, which has long served as the primary supply of food for palaces, hospitals, army barracks, national university dorms, and local residents. Return to your hotel and use your free day as you choose. The tour has come to an end!
