CHILDREN’S POLICY:

• Children under 2 years old: 20% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults; the family is responsible for preparing the child’s food).
• Children under 11 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with adults).

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the tour completion date.
• Basic travel insurance does not apply to guests aged 80 or above. Guests aged 65 to under 80 are entitled to a maximum of 50% of the insurance benefits according to the insurer’s regulations. Guests aged 80 or above should check and pay for a separate insurance package on a case-by-case basis.
• Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, such as double-eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, jaw reduction, eyebrow tattooing, etc., must ensure that their current appearance matches their passport photo. If entry or exit is denied, the company is not responsible for any resulting costs or non-refundable services.
• Children under 16 years old:
  • Traveling with parents: must bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy.
  • Not traveling with parents: must provide a parental/legal guardian authorization letter as required.
• Guests are advised to check their personal or corporate tax obligations before departure to avoid being denied exit due to outstanding tax liabilities.
• When registering for the tour, guests must provide their full name exactly as shown on their passport. Flight tickets will be issued immediately after registration is confirmed and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or renamed.
• In case of tour cancellation or failure to participate after registration, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Tour prices may change depending on the departure date or when the airline adjusts fuel surcharges and relevant taxes.
• The sightseeing order and flight schedules may be adjusted according to actual circumstances while ensuring that all major attractions in the itinerary are covered.
• In cases of force majeure, such as weather, natural disasters, epidemics, local policies, or other objective circumstances, the company reserves the right to replace attractions with equivalent alternatives without refunding the cost.
• If, due to force majeure, guests are unable to visit attractions included in the itinerary, the company will arrange alternative attractions.
• Mandatory shopping stops included in the program are: Latex, Household Goods Center, Snake Farm, and Local Specialty Center. Guests who do not participate will be charged a surcharge of US$35–40 per stop according to the regulations of the Thai partner.
• Guests who separate from the group during the tour will be charged a surcharge of US$50 per guest per day, plus any additional fees related to mandatory shopping stops, if applicable.
• The tour price does not apply to group bookings from Central Vietnam. Please inform us in advance for a separate quotation.
• For private groups or groups of 10 guests or more, please provide the specific occupations of the guests (teachers, doctors, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, IT, travel, restaurant, hotel, etc.) for a separate quotation. If this information is not provided in advance, a surcharge of US$60–120 per person will apply.
