Schedule
21:30: Guests gather at the designated meeting point in Hanoi; a vehicle and tour guide will pick up the group and transfer everyone to Noi Bai Airport. Board flight VN334 (01:00 – 06:55) to Osaka.
Price included
Round-trip airfare (Hanoi – Osaka // Haneda – Hanoi) on Vietnam Airlines, including 10kg of carry-on baggage and 46kg of checked baggage (2 pieces, max. 23kg per piece).
Japan entry visa as per the itinerary.
3-star standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy; triple rooms arranged if necessary).
International travel insurance (not applicable to travelers aged 80 or older).
Meals as per the itinerary (Lunch: 1,650 JPY; Dinner: 2,750 JPY).
Transportation and sightseeing fees as per the itinerary (limit: 10 hours/day or 400km/day, whichever comes first).

Child policy
Under 2 years old: 20% of the tour price (sharing a bed with an adult).
Aged 2 to under 10: 85% of the adult tour price (sharing a bed with an adult). One adult may accompany only one child; if accompanied by two children, the fee for one child must be paid at the adult rate to secure an extra bed (maximum of one child per room).
Aged 10 and older: charged at the adult rate.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
***In the event that a visa is denied due to reasons attributable to the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the Embassy’s processing fee of 2,500,000 VND per person.
– If a visa has been obtained but the customer fails to depart on the scheduled date or is denied exit or entry due to personal reasons, a cancellation penalty of 100% of the tour price will apply.
GUIDELINES FOR JAPAN TOURIST VISA APPLICATION
Current passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date from Japan + old passport (if applicable) – (must be signed by the applicant).
Two 3.5cm x 4.5cm photos with a white background.
Marriage certificate (if traveling with family). Birth certificates for accompanying children – notarized copies.
Original bank balance confirmation (savings account) showing a minimum balance equivalent to 100,000,000 VND, and bank account statements for the last 3 months.
Curriculum Vitae (using the standard form).
Visa application form (using the standard form; print and sign page 2).
Proof of employment:
* For current employees:
– Employment confirmation letter with the company’s red seal.
– If you are the named owner on the Business Registration Certificate, only a notarized copy of the certificate is required.
* For retirees or self-employed individuals:
– Retirees: Retirement decision or pension book.
– Students: Student ID card or a school-approved leave of absence letter for travel.
Timeline: Applications must be submitted at least 25 days prior to the departure date. For special cases where submission is possible less than 25 days before departure, please contact the Tour Operations Department for further advice. If you have undergone cosmetic surgery, you are required to renew your passport before departure and must notify the travel agency when booking the tour. The travel agency accepts no liability if you fail to provide such notification and are subsequently denied exit due to personal circumstances—such as cosmetic surgery, a criminal record, or outstanding tax debts.
Tour Cancellation: If you are unable to join the tour, please notify the company; cancellation fees apply as follows:
Cancellation 25 days or more in advance: 30% of the total tour price
Cancellation 15 days in advance: 50% of the total tour price
Cancellation 08–14 days in advance: 75% of the total tour price
Cancellation 03–07 days in advance: 90% of the total tour price
Cancellation on the day of departure: 100% of the tour price
Notes:
+ Depending on actual conditions, the travel agency may select different airlines while still ensuring the scheduled number of days and nights in Japan.
+ A minimum of 16 participants is required for the tour to depart. If this minimum is not met, the company will notify you two weeks in advance to reschedule the departure date.
