Schedule
Morning:
06:00 A.M Car and tour leader pick up passengers at the meeting spot. The car heads toward Bac Kan. You are going to stop for breakfast (personal expenses). You continue to depart toward Ba Be.
Lunch:
After having lunch at the restaurant, you will check in to the homestay to rest in Ba Be.
Afternoon:
Travelers get on the boat to get to:
- Ba Be Lake is one of the world’s 20 biggest freshwater lakes, created around 450 million years ago. It has three names: Pe Lam, Pe Lu, and Pe Leng. You will learn about the Tay people’s daily lives and visit the primeval forests with many valuable trees and wild creatures that live on both sides of the lake.
- An Ma Temple, Ao Tien, Ba Goa Island… The boat arrives at the wharf, and you return to the homestay for some rest.
Dinner:
Dinner at the homestay will consist of unique dishes made in the Tay ethnic people’s traditional manner. Overnight at homestay Pac Ngoi – Ba Be.

- Throughout the trip, passengers are transported in new, air-conditioned mountain touring cars.
- Meals in program include: 05 standard main meals at 120,000 VND/person, 2 standard breakfasts included in the trip.
– In Ba Be Lake: Experience the night at a standard homestay in Pac Ngoi village. The homestay is spacious and well-kept.
– In Cao Bang: Standard center 02 people/room, oddly sleeping 3 people/room
- Tickets to visit locations included in the program.
- The tour guide is friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about both the East and Northwest routes.
- Travel insurance with a maximum reimbursement of 50,000,000 VND per person/case
- 01 500ml bottle of water/person/day.

The surcharge for international guests is 250,000 VND per person.
Child policy
- Children age 1-5 are free (parents pay all expenditures for the kid and do not take up space in the car). 02 adults can only accompany 01 child for free; the second child is charged 75% of the tour ticket (standard as children are charged).
- Children age 6 to 9 are charged 75% of the tour ticket (separate meals and seats in the car, but must sleep in the same bed with parents).
- Children over the age of ten qualify as adults.
Cancellation/ Booking Policy
- Cancellation 7 days before departure date: 30% cancellation fee of tour price
- Cancellation 5 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee of tour price
- Cancellation 3 days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee of tour price
