Schedule
A vehicle and tour guide will pick up the group at the designated meeting point and transfer everyone to Noi Bai Airport. The guide will assist the group with check-in procedures for the flight to South Korea—either flight 7C2804 (01:50–08:20) or flight WE 272 (departing at 00:20).
Overnight stay on board the aircraft.
Price included
1. Round-trip airfare on Jeju Air (7C) or Parata Air (WE) for the Hanoi – Seoul – Hanoi route:
+ Includes 7kg of carry-on baggage and 15kg or 20kg of checked baggage (depending on the specific schedule).
+ Airport taxes for both countries, aviation security fees, and fuel surcharges.
2. Online visa fee.
3. 3-4 star standard hotel accommodation: 2 guests per room; a triple room will be arranged for odd-numbered groups of men or women. Children share a room with their parents.
4. Meals as per the itinerary: Budget of $10–$12 per meal.
5. Sightseeing tickets as per the itinerary.
6. Enthusiastic and experienced Vietnamese-speaking tour guide throughout the program.
7. Transportation via modern tourist vehicle throughout the program; daily drinking water provided on board.
8. Travel insurance coverage for the duration of the program.
Price excluded
1. Passport application fees
2. Tips for tour guide and driver (7 USD/person/day × 5 days = 35 USD)
3. Single room surcharge (if applicable): 250 USD/room/night
4. Vietnam re-entry visa (for overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals)
5. Personal expenses: Telephone charges, laundry, transportation outside the itinerary, beverages during meals, and other personal expenses not listed above
6. VAT
If a customer’s application does not meet the requirements for an online visa, a standard visa must be processed instead (cost: 1,300,000 VND per person).

Cancellation/ Booking Policy
Cancellation after booking: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation 20 days prior: Penalty = 50% of the total tour price.
Cancellation 7 days prior: Penalty = 80% of the total tour price.
Cancellation after the above deadlines: Penalty = 100% of the total tour value. (Calculated based on working days)
