Quang Binh is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world
The editors of the prestigious travel magazine Travel+Leisure based in New York (USA) have voted Quang Binh province in central Vietnam, as one of the 13 beautiful destinations in the world.
This edition of Travel+Leisure features a wide range of stunning destinations across Europe, Asia, and Africa. These are all lands with majestic natural scenery, rich cultue and impressive architecture that ensure to bring rare experiences to visitors.
Verinica Inveen, managing editor of Travel+Leisure Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau (China), shared that she is very impressed with Quang Binh, where visitors can get lost among countless caves, rivers and streams.
“The massive mountains, diverse and green flora anf fauna make Quang Binh as beautiful as paradise. This plase also promise to be a healing destination with pristine and peaceful nature. Don’t forget to stop by Dong Hoi to have the opportunity to experience local cuisine with outstanding dishes such as snakehead fish porridge, eel vermicelli and banh beo”, Travel+Leisure suggested.

Inveen emphasized that Phong Nha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is what makes Quang Binh special. “This is the perfect destination for those who love to explore, love thrills, experience kayaking, caving, hiking or camping,” concluded Inveen.
Previously, Quang Binh was also a destination honored by the world-famous travel giude Lonely Planet.
According to Lonely Planet’s description, Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park is a world natural heritage site with a magnificent cave system and biodiversity. Son Doong cave is the lagest cave in the world – “where tou can explore majestic and mysterious natural scenery”.
