Vong Canh Hill was formerly the home of a district chief of the Lac Duong District of the old regime. The Miss Da Lat brand perfume showcase has been rebuilt on the original foundation of the old house. Due to the house of a dignitaries, the construction applied a very unique feng-shui law, the house facing the East with a lake view, the back of the house on the west side is the majestic Langbiang peak , the back of the house has a parking lot of helicopters.
