Today, wake up late and have breakfast at the hotel with a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Take a half-day city tour of Saigon, including stops at the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, the City Post Office, China Town, and Ben Thanh Market.

Today you will take a day journey to the Mekong River Delta to discover the rich culture and magnificent fluvial environment. Your driver and guide will pick you up from your accommodation and transport you to Cai Be.
When you arrive at Cai Be Jetty, the staff will be there to greet you with cold towels and a refreshing drink before the Cai Be Princess Sampan embarks on its leisurely voyage through the bustling waterways of the Mekong Delta.
From the comfort of your sampan, see life as it unfolds on the riverbanks, the people, and the breathtaking scenery, while your attentive crew brings you tea and seasonal fruit. Visit a historic mansion from the nineteenth century. Explore small cottage enterprises along the road, such as the production of coconut sweets and puffed rice (the local equivalent of popcorn). Your voyage comes to a close at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is given at this lovely colonial-style home, which is nestled in a beautiful tropical garden by the river and surrounded by fruit trees, giving you a feel of privileged life during the Indochinese period.
Reboard the Cai Be Princess after lunch and continue your trip to Vinh Long via the Dong Phu Canal, stopping at Binh Hoa Phuoc and An Binh, two tiny islands known for their fruit gardens. Visit the old An Binh Church on the route. Your sampan arrives at Vinh Long Pier after crossing the Co Chien River, where your driver waits for the journey to Can Tho. You will spend the night at a one-of-a-kind eco-rustic lodge to completely immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the Mekong Delta.

Early in the morning, depart from the resort by motorized boat for a visit to the famed Cai Rang floating market. This is an excellent chance to photograph colorful boats packed with fruits and veggies. Boats are crammed with teetering stacks of fruit and vegetables, ranging from delicately poised watermelons to vibrant flowers. Then take a taxi to Can Tho airport for your journey to Danang. If time allows, you will visit Binh Thuy Le’s historic mansion, where the romantic film “L’Amant – The Lover” was filmed.
When you arrive at Danang Airport, your guide and driver will transport you to Hoi An, an extraordinarily well-preserved example of a South-East Asian commercial port-town dating from the 15th to the 19th centuries.  Check-in to your hotel then feel free to discover the town on your own or simply relax by the hotel’s pool.

Enjoy a culinary lesson at the Red Bridge Cooking School this morning. Meet at the Hai Scout Cafe in the heart of Hoian’s Old Town. You will next proceed to Hoian’s vibrant market. Explore the market and talk to local merchants to get some fresh ingredients for today’s culinary session. Then, take the Red Bridge boat for a 25-minute journey down the Hoian River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Before beginning your cookery course, explore the school’s herb and vegetable garden. The program lasts around an hour and 15 minutes and includes demonstrations from the school’s chefs as well as an opportunity to assist in the preparation of traditional meals. Enjoy an introductory instruction in the art of Vietnamese food carving at the conclusion of class (plate decoration).
Drive from Hoi An to My Son Sanctuary in the afternoon, which was previously the site of religious ceremonies for Champa dynasty rulers, as well as a burial place for Champa royals and national heroes. Spend roughly 1.5 hours exploring a huge complex of religious treasures that includes over 65 architectural works. UNESCO designated My Son’s Cham building as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1999. You will also get the opportunity to watch Cham girls perform traditional Apsara dance.
Return to Hoi An in the late afternoon and spend the night as you like.

Welcome to Hanoi, the bustling colonial capital of Vietnam. Your driver and guide will greet you outside the baggage claim area at Noi Bai Airport and transport you to your accommodation in the city center. In the afternoon, take a cyclo cycle around the Old Quarter’s small lanes and see the sights. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake for a few minutes to see the locals take wedding photographs. And why not spend some romantic time with your loved one here?

You have the entire day today to visit Vietnam’s lovely capital. Hanoi is an eclectic blend that provides something for everyone, with its broad tree-lined boulevards, French colonial buildings, calm lakes, and ancient oriental pagodas. The Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and stilt home), the neighboring One Pillar Pagoda, the Presidential Palace, and the Temple of Literature are all included on your city trip.
Continue your journey to the Ha Pagoda. Ha Pagoda is tucked in a calm side street in Cau Giay District, sandwiched between the noisy, bustling Hanoi. Many pilgrims see it as sacred and famous. Singles would quickly find their other half following the ceremony. The lovers should also hold hands and ask for the blessing of a hundred years of bliss. There are even young couples who insist on dragging their lovers here to make a commitment to adore one other. It is a fallacy that there has never been a change of heart before.
After that, go to the neighboring Ethnology Museum to learn about Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups.
Enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Performance in the late afternoon — a one-of-a-kind Vietnamese Art form originating in Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture.

After breakfast at the hotel, your driver will take you on a scenic drive through the Red River Delta area to Lan Ha Bay. Spend 24 hours aboard the sumptuous Orchid Cruise in the beautiful bay, a natural paradise of jutting limestone islets and stunning blue waters. Arrive at the pier at 12:00 p.m. and board your junk. As you sail out into the mysterious bay, have a sumptuous meal of fresh seafood on board. We stop for lunch before going on to the Islands of Con Vit and Gia Luan. These incredible limestone karst structures soar majestically from the sea. This region is relatively unspoilt because few cruise ships utilize the route via Cat Ba Island – Thoi Quyt region – Coc Ngoi islet – Cua Van to Ba Trai Dao region. You may try your hand at kayaking or simply go for a swim. Immersed in the crystal blue waters of the bay in the Ba Trai Dao region, this is a fantastic experience.
Return to the ship and take part in the culinary lesson, which is followed by a delicious meal.
Up on the upper deck, take in the nighttime scenery of the harbor. Relax while sipping a drink from the bar. Try your hand at squid fishing at night or watching a movie at a restaurant.
Sleep the night away on your trash, lulled to sleep by the gently rolling of calm seas.

Why not get up early to see the bay at its best while having an energizing Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast? After breakfast, we will continue our tour by canoeing along the bay in the vicinity of the Sang Toi cave.
