• A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
• Cancellation after booking results in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation 14 days before departure incurs a 75% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after this period incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing, by email, or via text message and confirmed by the company. Telephone cancellations are not accepted

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Passports must be signed and valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
• Overseas Vietnamese and foreign nationals must carry valid re-entry visas if applicable.
• Guests holding two passports must bring both passports during the tour.
• Guests aged 65–75 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming fitness for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under the age of 60.
• Pregnant guests should inform the tour consultant before booking. Guests who are five months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.
• Children under 15 must travel with their parents or an authorized guardian carrying a notarized authorization letter.
• Guests requesting a single room must pay the applicable single-room supplement.
• The company will provide assistance where possible but is not responsible for costs arising if a guest is denied entry or detained by immigration authorities for personal reasons.
• Invoice information must be provided at least 3 days before departure. Invoice requests after the tour has ended cannot be accommodated.
• Guests should carefully read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions before making payment.
• Children aged 2–10 years share a bed with their parents. Two adults may share a room with one child; a second child is charged the adult fare to receive a separate bed.
• Flight schedules are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing and hotel arrangements may be adjusted according to actual conditions while ensuring that all attractions listed in the itinerary are included.
• This is a standard sightseeing tour, and guests are not permitted to leave the group during the program. Guests who choose to leave the group must pay an additional US$50 per shopping stop per person.
• In cases of force majeure, including terrorism, natural disasters, or changes to public transportation schedules such as flights or trains, the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and convenience of guests and will not be responsible for any resulting losses.
