NOTES:

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months from the departure date.
• Tour price: Applicable to individual travelers/groups of fewer than 10 guests. Groups of 10 or more are requested to inform the company of the group’s occupation/industry in advance to check whether an industry-related surcharge applies. Failure to provide prior notice or providing inaccurate information may result in a penalty of USD 60–120 upon arrival in Thailand, and the travel company may be required to suspend services until the applicable fee is paid.
• The travel company shall not be responsible if guests are denied exit or entry due to cosmetic surgery, changes in physical appearance/identity, or failure to cooperate with customs and immigration authorities at the airport when requested.
• The above price applies to groups departing from Hanoi. For groups of more than 15 adults, a Vietnamese-speaking tour guide from Vietnam will accompany the group. For groups of 10–14 adults, no Vietnamese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group from Vietnam due to the join-in nature of the tour. Groups of fewer than 10 guests will not be able to depart and will mutually agree to change the departure date or receive a refund.
• Guests must provide complete and accurate passenger names exactly as shown on their passports when booking. Tickets will be issued immediately upon booking. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable. The company shall not be responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect passenger names provided by guests.
• Guests who have booked but do not participate in the tour will not receive a refund of their deposit under any circumstances.
• Tour prices may vary depending on the departure date and may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges.
• The itinerary and flight schedules may change depending on the specific departure date.
• The sightseeing itinerary may be adjusted to accommodate flight schedules, while the listed sightseeing destinations will remain unchanged.
• In certain force majeure circumstances where guests are unable to visit attractions included in the itinerary, the company will arrange an alternative attraction.
• Designated shopping stops are included in the itinerary. Guests who do not participate may be required to pay an additional USD 30 per stop.
• Children under 2 years old: share a room/bed with adults; families are responsible for preparing food for the child.
• Children under 11 years old share a bed with adults.
• Travel insurance includes COVID-19 coverage.

• Telephone, laundry and other personal expenses not specified in the itinerary.
• Tips for the driver and local tour guide: minimum USD 5/person/day (mandatory).
• VAT.
• Re-entry visa fees and surcharges applicable to foreign nationals.
• Single room supplement: USD 80/person.
• Additional checked baggage for Vietjet Air: VND 580,000/20 kg/one way.

• Children under 2 years old: share a room/bed with adults; families are responsible for preparing food for the child.

• Children under 15 years old must travel with their parents or an authorized accompanying person with written authorization from the parents. Children under 12 years old must carry their birth certificate.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:

• A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required immediately after booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 20 days prior to departure.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation after booking: 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation more than 20 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation within 7 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price.
• Cancellation after the above period: 100% of the total tour price. (Calculated based on working days.)

AIRLINE-RELATED CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

The company shall not be responsible for compensation if the flight schedule is changed for reasons attributable to the airline.

However, the company will assist guests in changing to a suitable flight according to the airline’s arrangement. Any additional costs, if applicable, requested by the guest shall be borne by the guest.

If guests do not agree with the airline’s arrangement and wish to cancel the tour, the travel company will charge a service fee equivalent to 10% of the tour value per person, or the paid amount may be retained as credit for a future tour booking.

After making payment, if guests wish to cancel the tour, they must bring their passport/ID card and payment receipt to the company’s office or confirm the cancellation via Email/Zalo to complete the cancellation procedure.

Cancellation requests by telephone will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Before booking the tour, guests are requested to carefully read the itinerary, terms and conditions, tour price, included and excluded services. If the booking is made by another person on the guest’s behalf, the guest should carefully obtain and review all relevant information from the person making the booking.
• The passport must be signed and valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry.
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals holding a visa that requires exit/re-entry procedures must bring the relevant visa documents during the tour.
• Guests aged 70–75 and above are required to provide a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel abroad and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old who is in good health. Travel insurance compensation is limited to a maximum of 50%.
• Pregnant guests are requested to inform the tour consultant for further advice. Guests who are 8 months pregnant or more are not accepted for safety reasons.
• Children under 15 years old must travel with their parents or an authorized accompanying person with written authorization from the parents. Children under 12 years old must carry their birth certificate.
• Flight schedules are subject to the airlines and may change without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing attractions and the travel route may change depending on actual conditions while ensuring that all originally listed attractions are included. The official hotel name will be confirmed at the group meeting, one day before departure.
• This is a purely sightseeing tour. Guests are not permitted to leave the group during the tour.
• Guests are requested to provide complete information required for VAT invoice issuance at the time of booking or at least 3 weeks before departure. After this deadline, the company will issue the invoice for tour settlement according to regulations, and subsequent invoice complaints will not be accepted.
• In objective/force majeure circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or disruptions/changes to public transportation schedules, including flights and trains, the travel company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests’ convenience and safety and shall not be responsible for compensation for resulting losses.

FOR GUESTS REFUSED ENTRY BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY:

The company undertakes to provide information and assistance to guests to the best of its ability. However, the company shall not be responsible for paying any expenses incurred if guests are detained by the immigration authorities of the destination country at the border or are denied entry with the group.

In such circumstances, despite the company’s efforts, due to the regulations of local service providers, no refund will be provided for any services that have not been used or performed.
