Van Nien Pagoda

Thien Nien Pagoda

Thien Nien Pagoda, also known as Trich Sai Pagoda, is an ancient pagoda built in the early 18th century and recognized as a National Cultural Relic. This pagoda in West Lake worships Buddha, Mother Goddess and concubine Phan Thi Ngoc Do of King Le Thanh Tong.
The pagoda has a balanced and harmonious architecture with many items such as: Tam Quan, To house, garden, kitchen, funeral room and tower garden. Every year, on the 5th of January, Trich Sai villagers hold a ceremony to commemorate the founder of the silk weaving profession, Pham Thi Ngoc Do.
Tao Sach Pagoda.

Vong Thi Pagoda was built at the end of the Ly Dynasty, this is a pagoda that has been associated with the life of Thang Long – Hanoi people for thousands of years. The pagoda campus is about 5,000m2 wide with a unique architectural style.
The three-door gate of Vong Thi Pagoda is large and wide with a high bell tower built close to the street. The front hall and the back hall are built in a block shape with a structure in the traditional Northern style.
The main hall is solemnly decorated with a set of statues of Buddha Tam The on the top floor. With a long history, beautiful location and ancient architecture, Vong Thi Pagoda is recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic.
