Located approximately 40 kilometers from Hanoi’s city center, in Tien Xuan Commune, Thach That District, Thuong Than Peak is a haven of tranquility blanketed by the Ba Vi Mountain Range.
Its landscape is designed to complement the natural terrain, with each space of the campsite boasting distinct landscape areas.
Author Ho Diep Thanh Thanh, the owner of Thuong Than, designed every corner of the campsite. Her planning, including the placement of trees, aimed to recreate the “old-world eel” gardens reminiscent of Chinese movies, while providing an easily usable backdrop for tourist photography.
What was once a bare hill covered in grass four years ago has been transformed into a campsite adorned with flowers that bloom in all four seasons. The renovation process was undertaken during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fueled by her love for plants and trees, Thanh scoured locations nationwide to gather a diverse variety of flowers. Her goal was to create fragrant gardens that possess an enchanting ambiance all year round.
In spring, the campsite becomes a spectacle of hundreds of peach, pear, and plum trees bursting into full bloom. Visitors often find themselves entranced by the blossoms and surrounded by buckwheat flowers that evoke memories of locations like the beautiful mountainous provinces regions of Moc Chau, and the northernmost border province of Ha Giang.
Travelers can create either own scenes in any number of spots that make perfect settings for photoshoots. This is what drew tourist Thu Phuong from Hanoi and her companions.
In summer, the peony blooms in all its glory, displaying vibrant shades of red that catch the eye of visitors.
As late autumn turns into winter, the garden becomes filled with the vibrant colors of ripening persimmons. Besides taking photos, many tourists choose to enjoy a cup of hot tea or coffee while watching the red persimmons hanging from the nearly-bare branches, indicating the arrival of winter.
The steps of the campsite are covered with may lily flowers with its distinct purple hue all year round.

Thuong Than Peak offers tent areas that prioritize privacy for guests. Each tent camp is located in separate areas across the hill, accessible via distinct pathways.
Visitors, ranging from couples on romantic getaways to families and corporate groups, can choose from a variety of accommodation options. With a maximum capacity of about 13 tents and 100 guests, the site accommodates various tourist groups, offering overnight stays and dining options with pre-ordered menus. Guests who prefer to bring their own food are provided with a kitchen area.
Most visitors at the campsite enjoy cooking over charcoal grills. Each tent area is spacious enough to accommodate tables, chairs, and charcoal stoves.
