India conference - 8 days (150 travellers)

DAYS 1-3: DELHI

Arrive in Delhi and transfer to your hotel, where you will receive a traditional welcome. The following day, get to know India's capital. See India Gate, visit the Jama Mosque and The Red Fort and take a rickshaw ride through the narrow streets of Old Delhi. After lunch, enjoy free time for shopping or relaxing. This evening, share a welcome dinner in the hotel’s banquet hall. After a buffet breakfast there will be a full day conference in the ballroom, including a buffet lunch and two tea breaks. Those not attending the conference can take part in an interactive cooking class.

DAY 4: AGRA

Take the early morning train to Agra taking a packed breakfast from the hotel. On arrival in Agra, visit the Red Fort. Afterwards, proceed to the world’s greatest monument to love, the magnificent Taj Mahal. Check-in to your hotel before lunch and a rest. Head out to Taj Khema, a small hill overlooking the Taj Mahal, for sunset drinks followed by a gala barbecue dinner where the company’s achievers will be recognised at a Grand Awards Ceremony.

DAYS 5-7: JAIPUR

After a leisurely breakfast depart for Jaipur. Stop for lunch along the way at Ummed Lake Resort and visit the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. Enjoy some free time in Jaipur before heading out for dinner. The next day there will be a full day conference in the ballroom including a buffet lunch and two tea sessions. Those not attending the conference will enjoy a private shopping tour of Jaipur. Tonight enjoy a special evening at Dera Amber, with elephant polo riding and barbecue dinner. On your final day in Jaipur, visit the Amber Fort and enjoy some time for market shopping. In the evening, pre-dinner drinks are served on the magnificent Sukh Niwas Terrace, which runs off the drawing room of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Enjoy a lavish royal-themed farewell dinner at The City Palace complete with traditional royal welcome - with elephants, camels, horses, Rajasthani dancers and fireworks.

DAY 8: DELHI

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time. In the afternoon, take high tea at the hotel before driving back to Delhi for your return flight.
