DAY 1: PHNOM PENH
Transfer to your hotel from Phnom Penh Airport.

DAY 2: PHNOM PENH
Discover the contrasting sights of Cambodia’s capital including the National Museum, Royal Palace, the Russian Market and the chilling Tuol Sleng Museum.

DAY 3: PHNOM PENH
Spend the day at leisure admiring the beautiful French-colonial architecture and enjoy the thriving restaurant scene of Phnom Penh.

DAY 4: PHNOM PENH TO SIEM REAP
Transfer from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap overland with your guide seeing the local people going about their daily lives.

DAY 5: ANGKOR TEMPLES

DAY 6: TONLE SAP FLOATING VILLAGE
Tonle Sap Lake is the lifeblood of Cambodia. Cruise through Chong Khneas floating village and learn about the remarkable lifestyles led by ethnic Vietnamese and Khmer fishing communities. This is an essential experience in Cambodia.

DAY 7: BOENG MEALEA AND BANTEAY SREI
Travel to some of the outlying temples to avoid the crowds. Two hours from Siem Reap is the atmospheric Boeng Mealea, a massive temple and a sight to behold, before Banteay Srei, a temple delicately carved from pink sandstone.

DAY 2: TEMPLES OF ANGKOR
Entering through the little-visited eastern gate before dawn, soak up the atmosphere of Angkor Wat. Explore the eerie stone heads of the Bayon temple and the Terraces of the Elephants and Leper King. Set out by tuk-tuk to jungle-enveloped Ta Prohm.

DAY 3: TONLE SAP LAKE
A boat trip on the beautiful Tonle Sap Lake reveals floating houses before travelling south towards Phnom Penh stopping at Kampong Thom for the night.

DAY 4: SAMBOR PRE KUK
Drive to the ruins of Sambor Pre Kuk and explore the temple complex. Return to Kampong Thom for the picturesque drive to Phnom Penh.

DAY 5: PHNOM PENH
Learn about Khmer history at the National Museum, before a visit to the Royal Palace and the beautiful Silver Pagoda. At the chilling Tuol Sleng Museum and the Killing Fields, gain an insight into Cambodian history.

DAY 6: PHNOM PENH TO KEP
Depart the capital for an atmospheric temple, built during the reign of the Khmer Empire in the 13th century. At the small town of Takeo, board a speedboat for Phnom Da, a striking hill-top laterite temple dating from the 8th century, before reaching Kep.

DAY 7: KEP & KAMPOT
Once a playground for Cambodia’s ruling elite and French colonials, Kep today consists of rocky coves, the shadowy remains of villas destroyed by war, and a beautiful, lush hinterland. After free time here, travel to the sleepy riverside town of Kampot, comprising an old French jail, rows of colonial architecture, and some restaurants. Enjoy a tranquil sunset cruise on the picturesque river, returning to town in time for dinner.

DAY 8: KAMPOT TO SIHANOUKVILLE
Spend the morning at leisure in lovely Kampot and then after lunch, travel to Sihanoukville.

DAYS 9-10: SIHANOUKVILLE
Enjoy the white sand beaches of Sihanoukville.

DAY 11: SIHANOUKVILLE TO PHNOM PENH
Farewell the beautiful beaches before your transfer to Phnom Penh.
